Coffee Art on Watercolor Paper
Coffee art is a creative way to combine art with sustainability. It allows artists to create paintings that are eco-friendly without undermining their artistic quality. Coffee is affordable, easily accessible and does not harm the environment, making it a perfect medium to create beautiful, sustainable art.
This coffee painting is called “Jaime,” named after Jaime Eugenio, a skilled fisherman and river ranger in Noveleta. His dedication to preserving the mangrove ecosystem has inspired the community so much so that he is fondly nicknamed “Tatay”, which means dad in Filipino. He is seen as the father figure of the Fishing Village and someone whom everyone looks up to.
